Julia's Story
Julia is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for over 12 years with a strong educational background and extensive experience in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from LIU, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Mercy College. To complement her nursing expertise, Julia also holds an MBA from Capella University.
Julia’s journey in the healthcare field began in 2011, and she quickly established herself as a post anesthesia care unit nurse treating patient in their most vulnerable state as they recover from anesthesia. Her role in nursing management further enriched her skills and understanding of healthcare administration and all the care both front line and behind the scenes to help ensure safe and effective delivery of care.
However, Julia’s own personal health journey revealed a significant gap in the post-operative care industry. She experienced first-hand the challenges that patients face due to inadequate information and care provided by certain post-op care providers who seemed more focused on profits than a patient’s well-being. Determined to make a difference, Julia decided to take matters into her own hands in 2019.
She pursued certification as a Post-Op Care/Body Specialist and obtained additional expertise in Manual Lymphatic Massage in 2019. Armed with these qualifications, Julia now offers the highest level of care to both men and women recovering from surgery or seeking body contouring during their weight loss journey. She has developed her own diet plan which has helped many of her clients succeed is losing weight and learning to eat healthy. Her dedication to providing proper education and compassionate care aims to empower her clients to achieve their beauty and health goals while ensuring a smooth recovery journey.
In addition to her specialization in post-operative care, Julia is a certified wax specialist. She is committed to revolutionizing the industry by emphasizing the importance of proper education and care during the waxing process. Julia’s ultimate goal is to expedite recovery, boost confidence, and improve overall well-being for her clients.
With her diverse skill set, unwavering commitment to patient care, and determination to change the industry’s status quo, Julia is making a significant impact in the realms of healthcare, aesthetics, and post-operative recovery. She is constantly educating herself through various courses, conferences, and conventions in order to stay updated on the changes in this growing industry.
