Professional Establishment:
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
Cancellation | Reschedule:
If for any reasons you cannot make your appointment we ask that you call us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No Show | Late Arrival:
No Show Policy, if you failed to cancel your appointment and do not show up it will result in a 50% of your service fee charged to the credit card on file.
Financial and Service Policy:
All payments are due according to spa policy. All services must be used within 3 months of the initial payment date. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. All services are non transferrable.
